Academics
At Southlands Online Schools, we teach your child the basics: Math, Science, Language Arts, and Social Studies while adding in courses that are picked specifically for your child.
To excel today, your child needs to unlock what God has put inside them and learn according to their strengths.

Both our unaccredited and accredited programs provide the same learning environment, the same curriculum, and the same personalization.

If you don’t want to be your child’s teacher, the accredited program is the best decision.
It comes with 24/5 teacher support via messenger, Zoom, and video. We also handle all grading and record-keeping.
If you want to be your child’s teacher, the unaccredited program is the one for you.
You get everything from the accredited program minus a diploma and a teacher (since you are the teacher!).
You even get the same online platform with all curriculum, lesson plans, and answer keys.
Whichever you pick, both programs are personalized to your child.

We adhere to a personalized education model. We aren’t here to check boxes. We’re here to teach your child, show you your child’s God-given strengths, and help you both use them for a brighter future.
Yes, we are accredited with Cognia, one of the largest accreditation bodies in the world. Your child can go to any college or university in the United States (or internationally) with confidence.
Most likely, now. We have 3 start dates each semester.
Semester 1: August, September, and October.
Semester 2: January, February, and March.
We also accept mid-year transfers!
All online courses are taught in a self-paced online learning environment with 24/5 academic support provided via messenger, video, and Zoom.
All courses have 2 semesters that are each 18 weeks long. Students MUST complete and pass each course within that time frame. Students also have the option to complete each course early (before 18 weeks).
If a student does not complete the semester within 18 weeks, it can be extended for an additional fee.
We also offer in-person learning centers that provide a blend of in-person and online education (in select locations only).

They will be able to tell you if they offer any private school choice funding and if so, how you would qualify for it.
Unfortunately, some states offer nothing (California, New York, Washington, etc).
While others offer a lot (Florida, Arizona, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Iowa).
